By using this website to purchase images you agree that once an image has been paid for and the email with the download link is sent from our system the sale is final, as images are not tangible physical items they cannot be returned so we cannot provide refunds for change of mind. If you did not receive the link for any reason, you may contact us for other means to send the download link to you. We will not be responsible for any reason where you are not equiped to be able to download the image/s. You also agree that each image purchased can only be downloaded a maximum of 3 times from our system and you have 30 days to download any images you purchase after which we may choose to remove the images from our system permanently.

You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that (a) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties; (b) is libellous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of the Australia, or the laws of any other country that may apply; or (c)violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person. snapcam.com.au may give you an account identification and password to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site.
